Alright, let's get into the recipe! This is my take on healthy freezer chocolate.

Tools you will need:

-A freezer

-A stove and pot

-A freezable container and/or ice-cube trays, or other freezable molds.

*The measurements below made about 15 mini heart chocolates each *I double the recipe if I am making a bark

Ingredients:

-1/2 cup coconut oil

-1/4 cocoa powder

-1 tbsp maple syrup

-1 tbsp stevia (or to taste)

-1/2 tsp vanilla or almond extract

Optional toppings:

-2 tbsp shredded coconut (unsweetened)

-Edible flowers

-Fruit

-Chocolate chips

*Featured in the bark photo - strawberries and edible flowers

*Featured in the heart mold photo - unsweetened shredded coconut

Instructions:

-In a small pot on medium heat melt your coconut oil

-Reduce heat to low

-Whisk in the rest of the ingredients

-Pour into molds or freezable container for bark!

-Add your toppings :)

*Before I added these toppings, I allowed the chocolate to harden for about 10 minutes.

I hope you enjoy this recipe, and that you all you had an amazing Valentine's Day filled with love - for yourself and for others. <3
